The Role
Reporting to the Director, Regional Operations, we seek a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. This generalist role focuses on renewals execution, sales processes, and administrative support across various functions, ensuring maximum value for clients and compliance with local regulations.
You will manage the 90-day pre-renewal period, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals, managing customer relationships, and liaising with procurement. Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to execute renewals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Support renewal opportunities through customer engagement, quote preparation, and contract updates.
* Manage the renewal process, address obstacles, and facilitate discussions for smooth renewals.
* Perform administrative tasks and data analysis for the region.
* Engage with the Account Management team 90 days before contract end for renewal execution.
* Verify accuracy and compliance of renewal quotes.
* Close renewals and coordinate with the licensing team.
* Work with Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Product teams to optimize processes and workflows.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years in sales support or administration.
* Experience with customer liaison.
* Skills in data analytics and data structuring.
* Understanding of SaaS models, customer lifecycle, and subscription revenue.
* Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Information
Office-based work from Belo Horizonte at least three days per week.
