Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Restaurant & Bar Manager
to lead our food and beverage operations at
Sempre Vivo Pipa
. This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who combines operational excellence with creativity and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operations of both the restaurant and bar, team performance, guest satisfaction, and the successful execution of events and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high service and quality standards for hotel guests, day-use, events & room service
 * Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and bar teams, fostering a positive work environment
 * Supervise reservations, guest flow, and table service for optimal efficiency
 * Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and timing
 * Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering for all F&B supplies
 * Track F&B costs, manage budgets, and monitor sales performance
 * Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and proactive problem-solving
 * Plan and execute special events, including themed dinners, private bookings, and seasonal celebrations
 * Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications
 * Proven experience in a similar leadership role in hospitality (Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or equivalent)
 * Fluency in
 Portuguese and English

- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service flow, and customer experience
- Experience with POS systems and administrative tools (Excel, Word, or similar software)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus
