Strategic ServiceNow Implementation Leader
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead the implementation of our platform. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end project management, with experience in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise between stakeholders and nearshore development team.
* Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform.
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
* 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
* Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level).
Bonus:
