We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and exploring candidates' motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT recruitment, with a strong focus on direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates. They will also have excellent networking and relationship-building skills, as well as fluency in English communication.
As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will work closely with recruitment, business development professionals, and clients to recruit top talent in the technology, finance, and corporate sectors. You will be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting jobs on various job sites and databases, and coordinating presentations of candidates to prospective clients.
The successful candidate will have strong technical evaluation experience, able to fully assess a candidate's technical skills. They will also have strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills, as well as experience working with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
