Key Platforms
Smart Wind Turbines
Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.
Energy Storage
The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).
Green Hydrogen
Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).
Key Responsibilities
(I) Team Management and Training
1. Establish, manage, and lead an international operation and maintenance team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and personnel allocation.
2. Organize team training and technical exchange activities to improve the overall skill level and professional knowledge of the team.
(II) Safety and Quality Control
1. Ensure that operation and maintenance work complies with international safety standards and norms, and establish a sound safety management system.
2. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the quality and reliability of operation and maintenance work.
(III) Budget and Cost Management
1. Be responsible for the preparation and control of the operation and maintenance budget, reasonably arrange operation and maintenance expenses, and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
2. Analyze cost data and find opportunities and measures for cost optimization.
(IV) Cooperation and Communication
1. Establish good cooperative relationships with international suppliers and service providers, coordinate resources, and ensure the smooth progress of operation and maintenance work.
2. Maintain effective communication with relevant parties such as government departments and power grid companies in the project location to ensure compliant operation and a good external environment.
(V) Data Analysis and Reporting
1. Collect and analyze operation and maintenance data, evaluate wind farm performance, and provide regular operation and maintenance reports and improvement suggestions.
2. Utilize data analysis to optimize operation and maintenance strategies and decisions.
Job Requirements
(I) Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
(II) Work Experience:
1. At least five years of experience in wind power project operation and maintenance management, with priority given to candidates with international project experience.
2. Familiar with international wind power industry operation and maintenance standards and specifications.
(III) Skills Requirements:
1. Fluent in English (it will be tested). Spanish is a plus
2. Proficient in using relevant operation and maintenance management software and tools.
3. Strong ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
(IV) Competencies and Qualities:
1. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to effectively motivate and coordinate multicultural teams.
2. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, able to effectively cooperate with international parties.
3. Strong adaptability and resilience, able to cope with various challenges and changes in international projects.
