About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our users, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality user experiences that meet business objectives and user needs.
* Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools.
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle.
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software.
* Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
