As a HubSpot Diamond Partner, we help businesses turn their CRM into a competitive advantage.This role isn't about smiling and dialing into the void. You'll be working real inbound leads, building relationships across multiple channels, and handing qualified opportunities to our AE team with full context and momentum.What You'll OwnPipeline Generation You'll be responsible for turning marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified opportunities. That means fast response times, sharp discovery conversations, and clean handoffs that set our AEs up to close.Omnichannel Outreach Email, LinkedIn DMs, SMS, WhatsApp, phone — you'll meet prospects wherever they are. No single-channel reps here. You'll craft personalized sequences that actually get replies.LinkedIn Presence You'll post on LinkedIn at least 3x per week. Not recycled content — real insights about RevOps, HubSpot, and the problems our prospects face. You'll build your personal brand while building our pipeline.Discovery That Qualifies You'll run discovery meetings scored against our SPICED framework. We're not looking for someone who books meetings for the sake of it — we want someone who qualifies hard so our AEs walk into real opportunities.The Numbers That MatterRespond to inbound MQLs within 10 minutesPost on LinkedIn 3x per week minimumBook 3 discovery meetings per weekRun discovery meetings with a 70%+ SPICED scoreGenerate 2 SQLs per weekHandover SQLs to AE with full context and next stepsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in B2B SaaS sales development or business developmentFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms — Salesforce, Pipedrive)Strong written and verbal communication across multiple channelsComfortable on camera and on LinkedIn — you're not shy about putting yourself out thereUnderstanding of sales frameworks (SPICED, MEDDIC, BANT, or similar)Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environmentFluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)Why elefanteHubSpot Diamond Partner — you'll learn from practitioners who live in the platformRemote-first culture with a global teamDirect path to AE — we promote from withinYou'll work with real inbound demand, not cold listsCompetitive base + uncapped commission on qualified pipelineReady to build pipeline and grow your career?Drop a comment, DM me, or apply directly.
