The purpose of this role is to lead employee benefits programs across Latin America, ensuring competitiveness, scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive benefits strategy for the region, taking into account local market conditions and global best practices.
* Collaborate with Global Rewards and HR leadership to ensure benefits design aligns with the company's overall strategy.
* Design and manage benefits programs across multiple markets, including health, retirement, life, disability, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Lead annual renewals, plan design changes, and benchmarking in partnership with global brokers and local consultants.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience managing employee benefits in a multi-country regional role across Latin America.
* Demonstrated success in benefits management within a highly matrixed, high-growth environment.
