Job Title: C++ Developer – Windows Credential Provider

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Developer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, specifically in Windows Credential Provider development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows system programming, custom login screen interactions, and experience with the WiX Toolset. You will work on the development and integration of custom authentication solutions for Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain custom Windows Credential Providers.
* Implement advanced features and custom user interactions on the Windows logon screen (Winlogon).
* Collaborate with product and UX teams to define and implement seamless authentication experiences.
* Integrate Credential Providers with backend authentication systems (e.g., smart cards, biometrics, MFA).
* Use WiX Toolset to create Windows installers for secure deployment of system components.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments, including low-level system behavior.
* Write and maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in C++ development on Windows platforms.
* Proven experience developing Windows Credential Providers (V1 or V2).
* Deep understanding of Windows authentication architecture and Winlogon/GINA interactions.
* Experience using WiX Toolset to create and manage MSI-based installers.
* Proficiency in Windows API, COM, and multithreaded programming.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills using tools like WinDbg, ProcMon, and Event Viewer.
* Experience with secure coding practices and system-level permissions.
