Job Title: Experience Designer
A highly experienced Product Designer is needed to solve complex user problems and design intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast-paced startup environments.
* Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools. Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles are also necessary.
