About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Product and Engineering team, supporting the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
What You Bring
* Proven experience in Scrum facilitation and Agile coaching
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with SAFe practices and methodologies
