About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to own overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building strong connections.
Key responsibilities include enabling successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
A champion for our customers, you will work with internal teams to translate customer feedback into valuable product insights.
You will also monitor client engagement and utilization of our services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients - ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
Fundamental Qualities:
* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing organization.
* Genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and a willingness to go the extra mile.
