Technical Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned software developer to build and maintain critical applications for a leading hedge fund. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable systems for traders, risk analysis, and market data integration.
* Develop and refine complex applications with industry-standard best practices.
* Collaborate with a team of experts in designing and implementing data models that meet regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Skills:
* Strong understanding of data quality principles.
* Hands-on experience with Python.
* At least 1 year of experience in trading domain/capital markets.
* Proven expertise in designing and developing data models using industry best practices.
* Experience with code management and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
* 5+ years of experience working with Python.
* Good understanding and demonstrated experience working with SQL (MySQL).
* Extensive experience designing and developing reports and performance metrics from complex and disparate platforms.
