ERM is seeking a self-starting, dynamic an Entry Level Environmental Due Diligence Consultant to join our Transaction Services technical team in Brazil (São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro or Salvador or Porto Alegre). In this role, you will provide high-quality analytical support on due diligence and sustainable finance projects for multi-national clients. Assignments will be desktop and field work.
In this role, you will provide technical assistance on Due Diligence transaction projects for multi-national clients, while working across ERM’s other line of services related to the Projects
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience across EHS and sustainability disciplines ideally as a consultant;
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering;
- **Working knowledge of English (C1) **is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French and/or Spanish);
- Good knowledge of local **Environmental and **EHS legislation **. The knowledge of the international EHS standards will be considered as plus.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
- Commitment to being responsive to our clients’ needs and meeting transaction schedules
- Analytical ability, writing and spelling, excellent reading comprehension
