Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects across various functions, including matchmaking, anti-fraud, and recommender algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and oversee the timeline and resource allocation for technical projects.
* Track progress and identify deviations or risks.
* Proactively address potential risks and coordinate with technical leads to mitigate these risks.
* Facilitate resource allocation for machine learning scientists and engineers.
* Enhance collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience as a TPM leading cross-functional teams.
* Strong experience with program management.
* 3-4 years of experience with data science/machine learning.
* Experience with Jira.
* Strong communication skills – Proficient English.
