Integration Architect Role
About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Architect to play a critical role in designing and delivering sophisticated integration solutions for our clients.
This individual will bring extensive experience in the Workato platform, as well as a broad understanding of integration technologies, iPaaS solutions, and enterprise architecture principles.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead client-facing discovery sessions, develop comprehensive integration strategies, and provide expert-level solution design.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead client-facing discovery sessions to identify integration needs, system requirements, and business objectives.
* Develop comprehensive integration strategies and architectural blueprints aligned with clients' business goals and technology environments.
* Provide expert-level Workato solution design, leveraging best practices and ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
* Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts, providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and responding to RFPs.
* Act as a technical advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices, platform capabilities, and integration patterns.
* Support development teams during implementation, offering architectural oversight, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to standards.
* Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring delivered integrations meet requirements and quality expectations.
* Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and advancements in Workato, iPaaS platforms, and related integration technologies.
* Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to internal teams, elevating overall integration architecture capabilities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in integration technologies, iPaaS platforms, middleware solutions, and API management like Workato, Boomi and Mulesoft.
* At least 5 years of dedicated experience architecting, designing, and implementing integrations on the Workato platform.
* Proven expertise in API development, REST/SOAP services, JSON, XML, and other data interchange formats.
* Solid understanding of integration patterns, including batch, real-time, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, and hybrid cloud solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in enterprise integration, data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
* Strong technical proficiency with related integration tools and platforms such as Workato MuleSoft, Boomi, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
* Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable specifications and architectural diagrams.
* Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including presenting technical solutions, leading client workshops, and managing discovery processes.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a detail-oriented approach.
