Job Description:
The role of Senior Project Manager involves serving as the primary liaison between Technology and specific business areas. Key responsibilities include identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
This position requires evaluating business problems and assessing the potential for automated solutions. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

* Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for systems that align with business needs.
* Analyze business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide insights to business and IT leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
This role involves recommending solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal, analytical and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.
Qualifications:
* Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
* Skills in communication and stakeholder management, data analytics and reporting, data cleaning, structuring, and management, capacity management and prioritization, business acumen, and IT processes and systems.
