* Website Design (UI/UX): Redesign landing pages, marketing pages, and full sites to boost conversions and maintain a consistent brand experience.
* Brand & Marketing Assets: Develop graphics for social media, blog posts, ads, and email campaigns.
* Campaign & Ad Creative: Produce high-performing ad creatives for digital and social channels.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
As a proactive and hands-on designer, you'll apply UX best practices to improve usability and engagement while maintaining a consistent, premium brand experience.

• Edit videos and support campaign branding to ensure cohesion across platforms.
• Campaign & Ad Creative
• Produce high-performing ad creatives for digital and social channels.
• Adapt designs across formats while maintaining visual impact.
Requirements
Expert in Figma – advanced use of components, auto layout, and prototyping.
Strong UI/UX background – able to wireframe, design, and iterate with speed and quality.
B2B design experience – ideally with services or SaaS companies.
Portfolio showcasing:
High-converting landing pages.
Web redesigns for professional B2B brands.
Marketing graphics (ads, social, blog, lead magnets).
Brand system creation and application.
Skilled in website design and video editing.
Able to balance brand aesthetics with performance-focused design.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
