About the Role
This is a dynamic position that involves managing multiple Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for SaaS accounts. You will be responsible for optimizing Google Ads based on HubSpot data, launching and iterating experiments weekly, and analyzing lead-quality metrics to drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple Google Ads campaigns across 8-12 SaaS accounts with varying budgets.
* Optimize Google Ads using HubSpot data to drive conversions and revenue growth.
* Design and execute regular experiments to improve ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
* Analyze lead-to-SQL conversion rates and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance.
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management for B2B SaaS companies.
* Fluent in HubSpot (or similar) and Google Tag Manager.
* Able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously, working independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
