Job Description:
Facilitate and Coordinate ART Events.
* As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and coordinating major ART events, including PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
* Manage the ART calendar to ensure program-level cadence and facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement by coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART, manage dependencies, and architectural runway.
* Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, linking business strategy to technical execution.
