The key strategic business role of the Manager, Corporate Development involves fostering strong partnerships with software industry professionals to source and pursue M&A opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing a robust pipeline of M&A opportunities through Salesforce CRM and creating market maps to establish strong relationships in assigned software industry verticals.
* Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for meaningful contacts and other measurable M&A sourcing KPIs.
* Working collaboratively with M&A leadership to efficiently qualify and pursue M&A opportunities.
Requirements include at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or a client-facing M&A/finance role, advanced verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work variable hours.
