We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination. The primary objective is to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our standards.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on or before the deadline.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently.
* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Background in marketing is a must.
* Excellent time management.
* Excellent communication.
* Resourceful; if there's something you don't know, you don't let that bog you down―you know how to find answers and get it done.
* Nerdiness is a huge plus.

This role reports to the Senior Account Manager. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
