About the Role
This high-trust position involves acting as an extension of the founder's operational capacity. You will handle coordination, communication, and light creative work while maintaining structure across multiple projects and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedules, reminders, and day-to-day priorities efficiently.
* Support internal and external communication on behalf of the leadership team.
* Assist with project management: tracking tasks, organizing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Conduct research and prepare summaries, briefs, and follow-up documentation accurately.
* Provide design support using Canva (presentations, templates, visuals) effectively.
* Maintain organized systems, files, and SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
