Enterprise Service Delivery Lead
About the Company:
We specialize in providing expert support and consulting services for open-source analytics and data infrastructure platforms, including Apache Druid, Apache Flink, StarRocks, and other emerging technologies.

We're a team of world-class experts working remotely across multiple time zones (US, Brazil, Europe, India), supporting 100+ customer environments with SLAs ranging from advisory support to 24/7 incident coverage.
The Role:
The successful candidate will take ownership of service operations,
• Develop an on-call plan that ensures all critical skills are available when needed;
• Manage incident processes for assigned accounts:
• Define key service metrics (MTTA MTTR SLA compliance backlog health) and drive improvements based on them;
• Act as an Incident Lead during major incidents.

SOPs Runbooks & First-line Enablement:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with creating SOPs/runbooks and training first-line/SRE teams so they can confidently handle initial triage basic troubleshooting clear communication escalating only when necessary Continuously refine documentation based on real incident experience feedback Maintain configuration information is available trustworthy during incidents onboard new engineers
