Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, create detailed functional specifications, and collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, creating detailed functional specifications for the development team.
* Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions, develop test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, leading and coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Requirements and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in IT.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Advanced English language skills.
