Pinnacle Group MSP Delivery Specialist Job Description
Train, assist, and facilitate requisition management with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success.
Maintain a service-focused approach, delivering high-quality experiences to stakeholders. Utilize MSP tools like Beeline and applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred in business-related fields. 3-5 years of experience in MSP operations or contingent workforce management required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Beeline necessary. Bilingual competency in English and Portuguese desired.
Key qualifications include strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Proven success in client-facing, fast-paced, and service-oriented environments. Self-starter who can work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
