* Partner Management (PRM): Onboard & engage partners, share leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster.
* Customer Management: Solutions include Customer Operations, Customer Support, and LMS & Knowledge management.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Elegant web-based business solutions design, build, and implement.
* Fast-paced client projects and product initiatives contribute to as part of our Professional Services team.
* Closely work with Senior Developer on Statements of Work (SOW) implementation notes.
* Client's Project Manager collaborate closely with to understand needs and technical requirements.
* Professional Services Technical Team Lead conduct code reviews for quality and best practices adherence.
* Clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code write.
* APIs and web services integrate to build robust applications.
* Troubleshoot issues, unit testing, and resolve defects perform.
* A cross-functional teams collaborate in an Agile environment.
Requirements
* Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills have.
* Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience require.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field obtain.
* Proven experience with software product development and Agile methodologies demonstrated.
* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills possess.
* Frontend technologies knowledge, including JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS excellent.
* Backend expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC design patterns strong.
* Solid understanding of core programming concepts, such as Object-Oriented Programming, RDBMS, and Agile principles.
* Interpersonal skills strong and multicultural team effectively work in remotely.
