**About the Role**:
Professional fluency in **Spanish** and **English** is required.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Handle leads and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Oversee the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Regularly update and maintain CRM records to support client insights and communications.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts on behalf of the client.
- Assist with project management tasks in collaboration with the business owner as needed.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in remote roles based in the US.
- Fluent in both **Spanish** and **English**.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record in administrative support, appointment scheduling, and customer journey management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- **Experience in the painting or home improvement industry is a plus.**
