Responsibilities:

* Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Develop functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management.
* Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
* Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables.
* Validate and verify data in Snowflake and Data Bricks.
* Initial validation between Tableau reports and Snowflake for data issues reported by business.

Requirements:

* Advanced English language skills.
* Basic Spanish language skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
* Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
