The role of a Client Success Manager revolves around fostering relationships with agency clients. The primary goal is to ensure campaigns deliver tangible results, and clients remain informed, confident, and satisfied.
This position integrates client communication, data-driven performance management, and internal team coordination to maintain seamless operations.
* Pursue principal point of contact for each clinic client.
* Engage in daily interactions through calls, emails, and texts, ensuring clients are well-informed beforehand.
* Provide clear updates on campaign performance, future steps, and prospective improvements.
* Bolster trust via responsiveness, proactivity, and transparency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through setup, guaranteeing proper configuration of tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns.
* Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns: Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
* Coordinate with Delivery Teams: Communicate findings and improvement plans to relevant team members.
Essential Qualifications:
* Prior experience in sales or lead generation.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable steps.
