Job Title: Digital Product Designer
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of designing responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile UI/UX projects. They will also possess solid experience designing subscription-based funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows.
Key responsibilities include translating briefs, calls, and project scopes into beautiful, intuitive wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups, iterating designs based on feedback from clients, marketing leads, and performance data, collaborating with developers or web builders to ensure faithful implementation of designs, and maintaining brand consistency while customizing for each client's audience, product, and funnel goals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles — ability to design based on data, intent, and behavior.
Additional qualifications include familiarity with WordPress and/or Webflow, experience in light copywriting or structuring narrative-based landing pages, and comfort working across multiple brands or industries simultaneously.
A balance between aesthetics and function is crucial, as the work should not only look good but also convert well. Adaptability and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing design requests are also essential.
