Business Technical Service Analysts play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their objectives by understanding their business needs and expectations.
This position involves establishing strong relationships with clients, evaluating their requirements, and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in client-facing roles, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL development, as well as excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate client business requirements and assist in the evaluation process of effort estimation.
* Guide clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with documents and maintenance to clients' system environments.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project.
* Execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
