 
        
        We are seeking a skilled professional to support our continued growth in the hosting industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for server administration and customer support.
Your primary objectives include:
 * Providing Level 2 technical assistance via live chat and tickets
 * Handling VPS & Dedicated Server Support, migrations/transfers, and assisting the Level 1 Support team with escalations
This is a full-time remote role requiring a reliable high-speed internet connection and excellent written English skills.
You will be expected to take ownership of your role and make decisions based on your expertise. We offer training and autonomy to help you thrive and grow with us.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with virtualization platforms such as SolusVM and Openstack. They should also have a solid understanding of hosting industry principles, virtualization, and dedicated servers.
A firm grasp of WHMCS, KVM, Linux, Windows, and dedicated servers is essential. Additionally, the following skills are required:
 * Experience with SolusVM Virtualisation platform
 * Experience with Openstack
 * Understanding of hosting industry, virtualisation and dedicated servers
 * Experience with WHMCS and KVM
 * Firm understanding of both Linux and Windows
