About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile practitioner to join our Product & Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
This Scrum Master will support one to two Scrum teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles, and supporting team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
