Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion of our business. Your primary objective is to identify new growth opportunities with customers, working closely with our sales team to execute on these opportunities.
You will be responsible for monitoring client engagement and utilization of our services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. To achieve this, you will need to maintain open and transparent communication with customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related customer-facing positions within a rapidly growing startup. They must possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
