Our team is looking for a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to support our clients in their technical needs.
About the role:
* To establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and gaining experience in acting as a go-to person on all aspects of services and support for assigned relationships.
* Assist in evaluating client business requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and learn how to present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* Gain and maintain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with documenting and maintaining client system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation, providing it to more senior levels for review and feedback.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects, ensuring code releases don't negatively impact client operations.
* Take part in executing simple project/development work plans and learn to revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
