Responsibilities:
Develop and successfully implement sales strategies with distributors
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the industry
Drive continuous and sustainable expansion of the company’s market positioning
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
Coordinate internal company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales performance
Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop strategies to increase market share across all product lines
Manage distributors according to defined goals and objectives
Drive continuous development through programs and seminars focused on sales growth, emerging products, and multi-product sales, with emphasis on profitability, improved sales presentations, competitive strategies, and effective use of sales support tools

Requirements:
Experience managing distributors, with a proven track record in the medical devices industry;
Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong plus;
Clinical background or experience, with solid understanding of medical terminology, clinical procedures, regulatory environment, and healthcare market;
Previous experience in recruiting/prospecting distributors in key regions is a plus;
Willingness to be based in Colombia, Guatemala, or Costa Rica;
Experience in capital equipment sales;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields;
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships;
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance and market trends;
Proactive profile, able to work independently and collaboratively;
Willingness to travel frequently within the region (approximately 70%);
English Advanced (mandatory).
