This position is ideal for a marketing professional who wants to make a real difference in people's lives. We're seeking a freelancer to work with our mission-driven Recruitment & Marketing agency, dedicated to helping doctors and healthcare organizations thrive.
As a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for using marketing as a force for change. This involves helping attract the right doctors to communities that need them most, and then boosting those doctors' visibility and reputation to help them quickly start their mission.
You'll work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to regions where they are needed most. This includes identifying key messaging angles, leveraging data to highlight regional demand, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
Once doctors are placed, you'll lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing. Your work will help them launch with confidence, build a steady flow of patients, and establish long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and executing localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to work in underserved communities
* Developing targeted marketing campaigns to attract patients to newly settled doctors and healthcare organizations
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc)
* Managing content creation with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
* Managing 1 Marketing trainee
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in marketing
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in Marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* An Entrepreneur/business mindset
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Ability to be both hands-on/technical as well as manager
* Flexibility with working hours
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms
