Technical Cutover Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end SAP technical activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP technical cutover management and strong understanding of SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management.
* At least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
