This position is responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain long-term business connections.

Main Responsibilities

* To understand client objectives, expectations, and requirements, and act as a go-to person for all aspects of services and support.

* To assist in evaluating client business needs, effort estimation, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
">
* To participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
">
* To gain and maintain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
">
* To assist with documenting and maintaining client system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation.
">
* To participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
">
* To take part in executing simple project/development work plans and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Requirements
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
">
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
">
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
">
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
">
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
">
