Commercial Agent
A Comercial Department role that focuses on customer satisfaction and relations with internal and external clients.
We are looking for a SDR in Uberlândia/MG to perform the department's activities, providing high-quality services according to established standards.
Main Responsibilities and Objectives
* Identify and qualify potential customers (insurance brokers)
* Makes initial contacts with leads through email, phone, social media, and other communication channels
* Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
* Conduct discovery calls to understand the needs of insurance brokers
* Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for qualified leads
* Coordinate and prepare necessary information for these meetings
* Share insights and feedback on the progress of prospecting activities
Requirements and Qualifications
* Degree or higher in any field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Customer relationship experience
* Experience in commercial areas and active call negotiations
