Requirements:
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent.
* More than four years of experience in the IT industry.
* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent Spanish level.
* Advanced English level.
