Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. This year, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. What You'll Do
As the Training & Experience Strategy Intern, your work will directly impact 3PL partners' success through:
* Training Development & Delivery:Create bite-sized, engaging training content (videos <3 mins, PDFs, infographics) for the knowledge base.Pilot and evaluate live sessions vs. self-paced learning, tracking completion rates to optimize delivery.Map the 3PL lifecycle (onboarding scaling) to identify critical training gaps.
* Experience & Feedback Analysis:Deploy surveys (Google Forms/Typeform), analyze trends, and share actionable insights.Build an NPS dashboard (with the Data Team) and generate monthly reports to track partner sentiment.Conduct interviews with 3PLs to uncover pain points and opportunities.
* Partner Engagement:Launch a monthly newsletter with updates, recognition (e.g., "Top 3PLs of the Month"), and feedback loops.Automate milestone reminders (e.g., birthdays, 100th order) to strengthen relationships.
* Collaboration:Weekly syncs with the team to align training/experience initiatives with broader 3PL strategy.
What We Need From You
Core Requirements:
* Content Creation: Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
* Data Literacy: Ability to analyze survey results, track NPS metrics, and create simple dashboards (Excel/Sheets).
* Empathy & Communication: A knack for understanding 3PLs' challenges and translating them into solutions.
* Project Management: Organize tasks (e.g., newsletter, training rollout) and meet deadlines autonomously.
Bonus (But Not Mandatory):
* Logistics/3PL industry experience.
* Notion/Confluence for documentation.
* Fluency in Chinese/English (for broader partner reach).
Mindset:
* Curiosity to experiment (e.g., testing training formats).
* Proactive communication to flag blockers early.
