Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience as a patent paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting

* Significant experience managing complex projects

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Successful track record of collaboration with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience implementing translation tools into existing workflows

* Comfort working with CAT tools (memoQ fluency a plus) and various Machine Translation engines

* Ability to define processes and standards for translation and quality assurance

* Skilled at training internal and external users in MTPE & TM workflows

* Skilled at vendor recruitment and negotiations

About This Role:

This is a full-time, remote position that requires working Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST. Proficiency in English is required for this role, as you will be working with English-speaking teammates and clients.
