Data Visualization Specialist
We are seeking a technical expert to own our data visualization layer. This role involves developing custom, interactive data products for customers using Shiny for Python and maintaining rapid internal reporting with Looker Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and deploy production-grade data applications using Shiny for Python.
* Lead the development lifecycle, including design and implementation of user interfaces and server-side logic.
* Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
* Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for the internal Business Intelligence environment using Looker Studio.
Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in Shiny for Python, including reactivity principles and modular design.
* Expert experience with Looker Studio, particularly in data blending and custom calculations.
* Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization.
As the Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for creating informative and engaging visualizations that help us make better business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
