What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager with a strong background in Data & Analytics initiatives to lead a strategic cloud data platform modernization program.
This role will coordinate a multidisciplinary squad (Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics), ensuring proper governance, scope control, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery within a corporate and regulated environment.
Advanced English is required (daily interaction with global teams).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of strategic data and technology programs.
Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive sprint execution.
Align technical delivery with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Monitor program KPIs and ensure a structured hypercare phase after go-live.
Promote strong governance and project management best practices.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading cloud data migration or modernization initiatives.
Experience managing complex projects involving applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
Strong knowledge of PMI practices and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience with AWS and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
Experience in corporate environments with governance and compliance standards.
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Exposure to regulatory reporting or sensitive data environments.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certifications.
