Scrum Master Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
