A highly skilled Paid Media Specialist is needed to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability.
The role involves optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA. A strong analytical mindset and expertise in e-commerce advertising are essential.

We are looking for a highly skilled SEM Specialist with +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns. Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus)
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
