Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with Faculty through regular calls, emails, and demos to set up video integrations.
* Boost adoption by delivering product awareness sessions and presentations across universities and research institutes.
* Foster engagement and usage through exhibits, conferences, seminars, workshops, and onsite visits.
* Ensure smooth implementation support and consistent usage of video resources to strengthen subscription renewal outcomes.
* Promote product decisions by conveying customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines is required.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
* Fluent English communication skills are essential.
