Lead Data Scientist
The role of Lead Data Scientist involves driving the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and data-driven products to enhance student engagement and career outcomes. This position will be responsible for leading the technical roadmap and best practices for all data science initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the technical vision and strategy for all data science projects.
* Design, develop, and implement high-impact data products, focusing on segmentation and propensity models.
* Maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support the entire ML lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related analytical/leadership role.
* Expert-level experience building and deploying segmentation and propensity models in commercial settings.
* Proficiency in SQL, Git, and cloud-based data platforms.
